What are some classes or work out equipment that promote Cardiovascular fitness?
Develops muscular strength? Muscular endurance? Flexibility? Control fatness?
Cycling promotes cardiovascular fitness and develops muscular strength and endurance. As for flexibility, I'd suggest a tae-bo class. That would promote all of that as well. Any kind of exercise will help control weight.
